Frequently asked questions
How do I enter the puzzle?
Type each row of letters on its own line, with no spaces needed. Or upload a clear, straight-on photo of the puzzle and the solver will read the grid automatically.
Which directions does it search?
All eight: left-to-right, right-to-left, top-to-bottom, bottom-to-top, and all four diagonals.
What if the photo isn't read correctly?
Optical recognition works best on sharp, well-lit, straight-on images. If a few letters come out wrong, just correct them in the grid box before solving.
