By using My Word Kit, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. The service
My Word Kit provides free, browser-based word game tools and word lists for personal, non-commercial use. The tools are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
3. Fair play
Our solvers are intended for practice, learning, casual play, and settling friendly disputes. Using them may violate the rules of competitive or rated games — that's between you, your opponents, and your conscience.
4. Intellectual property
Word lists are derived from the public-domain ENABLE dictionary. Wordle is a trademark of The New York Times; Scrabble is a trademark of Hasbro/Mattel; Words With Friends is a trademark of Zynga. My Word Kit is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies.
5. Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service: no scraping at disruptive volumes, no attempts to interfere with the site's operation, and no use of the service for unlawful purposes.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Word Kit and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site — including, but not limited to, lost Wordle streaks.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
